Can a Vietnamese passport holder obtain a long term Bahrain visa?

I am in the military being stationed in Bahrain (a year and a half). I want to move my girlfriend there with me who is a Vietnamese passport holder. We are possibly thinking about getting married there. What is the best way to go about her staying with me.

Work visa for Bahrain is normally valid for two years and further renewable biannually up to the time your sponsor need your services. There is no long term Bahrain visa issued.
