Since she has gotten her green card she has ignored me and ran up all my credit cards. What can I do to fix this situation?

If she has a green card, uh. She is no longer illegal, and you have already given her rights as a spouse I assume only. If the fraud includes you, I would file for divorce first.

And make sure she doesn't file anything along the lines of abuse with the police. I hope the two of you haven't filed for removal of conditions yet. Because she can still lose her green card if it turns out then that she only used you for immigration benefits.

If she's got her permanent green card then she's in the USA to stay.

You can start to fix things by closing the credit card accounts so she can't charge any more.
