Yes you can but it takes a very long time. Wait till you become a citizen then file for the green card.

You can petition your wife and your children under the age of 21 on a F2A visa.
There is a quota on F2A visas, waiting list is 3 to 5 years.

yes. I believe if you're married it's pretty much a given.

yes you can file an I130 form. Usually takes about 6-8 months for them to be able to come here. Or, if they are here illegally, then they will have to go back home to finalize the process, but if they do not want to go home to finalize it then they will still be listed as an immediate relative immedialtey, but will not get a visa number until they go home to finalize it or until the current laws change.
