I have a friend who wants custody of his daughter, she is a us citizen as well as her mother. But he feels like shes a dead beat and is not taking good care of his daughter.
Additional Details
Im a 100% sure he is not fighting for her to get support, he sees her every other weekend and takes her out and buys her whatever she needs. But he is noticing small things when his daughter comes over like in her hygene, her clothes

Yes, an illegal alien has the same access to civil courts as any other person in the United States. Just don't be surprised if the illegal alien's status gets dragged into the process. |

It will come with a cost....the cos tbeing public exposure as an illegal alien criminal , which then makes his visibility for deportation all the higher.
Are you sure he is interested in getting custody for the right reasons vs the wrong ones--eg, he wants to get paid child support and/or use the child's citizenship status as a means to an end for him? Now othat he isn't with mom, maybe hes looking for another straw to grasp hold of.

He is the dead beat, coming over here illegally and then expecting support lol! Im sure he could fight for custody but he would have to have proof that she is a "dead beat mom", nobody would just take his word considering he is a criminal. If he did win custody he would need to take himself and the baby back to his home country. |

sure he can fight, is he willing to go to court in front of a Judge and telling him he ( has no job) since he is not supposed to be here to start with? no supposed to work?
