Im going to plannedparenthood, so I need to show naturalization so can my old baby passport show naturalizationo the us

For planned parenthood purposes, an expired U.S. passport should convince whoever looks at it that the person in the photograph is a U.S. citizen. It will not show how that person became a U.S. citizen.
An expired U.S. passport showing birth outside the U.S. could serve as indirect or implied proof that the bearer has naturalized. Of course, a baby born outside the U.S. to two U.S. citizens is a U.S. citizen at the time of the birth, and his passport would not be different from a naturalized U.S. citizen's.
That is, it would still show birth outside the U.S., but it would not come right out and prove either naturalization or acquisition of citizenship. |
