Can anybody tell me how illegals paying back taxes and fines works ?

What is the fine for and how do they decide how much it will be and it will be based on what factors ?
How would illegals pay back taxes and how would this be determined what they owe ?

How it works is they will vastly under report and pay pennies on the dollar.

It would be on an individual case basis. If the person didn't have documentation(w2) showing that they earned they would have to estimate it. When they filed the return they would use a tax ID number instead of a social security number. Many file already using such a number. The IRS would then let the person know if there was interest and penalties due.

I think the 99 cent stores are passing out the fines .
Taxes would be that the vast majority of illegal aliens would be eligible for earned income credit so the US taxpayer will be paying them!

They shouldn't. When Obama gives all immigrationally challenged people 100% amnesty he will also give them a formal apology and $10,000 a month to support their families and bring over more immigrationally challenged people.
