you dont need one. You are married to your spouse and you wish for him/her to come live with you in australia.

You will need to proof (from both partners) that your marriage is genuine and that the foreigner is not marrying you just to get australian residency.

Everything you need to submit is detailed in the following Partner visa booklet. Pay particular attention to 'Evidence of a Genuine and Continuing Relationship' on page 39. Don't cut any corners and don't manufacture any 'evidence' - they WILL check everything you submit.
