No. property ownership is not addressed by any part of the immigration CFR. You are allowed to own as much property as you want in the USA but it doesn't give you any specific immigration benefit.

You CAN get a green card by starting a business in the USA, but you would need to have at least $500 000 in capital to invest to consider this route.

they dont allow that from happing so no they wont allow to give you the green card by buying that.
