Few years ago I went to USA as a tourist and I stayed over the visa because I started a school;my boyfriend is canadian citizen and we want to get married so I want to apply for a tourist visa so I can go to Canada and get married there;my question is:do you think they will give me the visa or they will object because i overstayed?

Some years ago you went as a tourist to the U.S. and started a school - illegal, you would have needed a student visa.
Now you want to go to Canada as tourist and get married - illegal, you would need a fiancee visa.
You cannot obtain a tourist visa from your country, it must be obtained from the Canadian Embassy or Consulate.
Let me guess: you are a Polish citizen
Why I tell that? All former eastern European countries which joined the European Union in 2004 (Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia) are meanwhile visa-waived to travel to the United States as tourists except Poland because of the misbehavior of their citizens in regard to visa violations.
But they do it everywhere; to most of the EU countries they come as tourists and stay as illegal workers. |

most likely, they won't give you a visa because you seem to act fairly irresponsibly from what you've described. and why not mention your country saying instead you're from eastern europe? are you embarrassed being a citizen of your country? i am ukrainian and i have no problem mentioning it. |

you proved yourself as# unworthy # of respecting laws of other countries,Canada can find out. plus you stole from the US, you were not allowed to just go to school,without proper documentation.
