Can i reenter the usa?

if you just left the US without prior permission for that long? your card is no longer valid..

A Permanent Resident of the United States can travel freely outside of the US. A passport from the country of citizenship is normally all that is needed. To reenter the US a Permanent Resident normally needs to present the green card (Permanent Resident Card, Form I-551) for readmission. A reentry permit is needed for reentry for trips greater than one year but less than two years in duration.

You have been outside the U.S. for well over a year. You cannot be admitted to the U.S. if the only document you have is your green card.

You risk being given a Notice to Appear before an Immigration Judge if you try to come back to the U.S. If the Immigration Judge does not feel that you qualify as a returning resident, he can order you removed, and that would result in a 5-year bar (arriving alien). INA 212(a)(9)(A)(i).

Your only hope is to apply for a SB-1 immigrant visa at the closest U.S. visa office in the country where you live now. If the visa officer grants you a SB-1 immigrant visa, you can use it to apply for admission.

If the visa is denied, someone in the U.S. will have to petition for you.

Apply for SB-1, which is Returning Resident, basically a shortcut of applying for Immigrant Visa.
In order to qualify, you have to show strong evidence that your stay is beyond your control (eg. Military order-your spouse, medical reasons.) Otherwise, you will need to start the process all over again, starting from I-130 petition.

If you lived outside of US more than 1 year without Re-entry permit, your green card is revoked. USCIS considers that you abandoned US Permanent Resident status when you live outside of US more than 2 years with Re-entry permit.

You need to get visa to enter US.

Stay where your at.I wouldn't even try to come back.USA does not want you back i am pretty sure.Take your green card and shove it.

i am a green card holder since 2004,i stay in my country because i take care of my father how is sick,in 2007 i had appointment regarding visa sb1 i had all medical documents and other documents,but the consulat told me ther'is a mistake in my green card because of uscis error, i wrote letter about it at uscis and it has been adjusted.when i was in usa i opned bank account in usa have ss card regitred in english lessonce i started work . i want to go back to usa,please help me really don't know what do.
