can my work visa from new zealand be revoke from my employer who sponsor it? the situation is like this im a nurse who was sponsored by a employer in new zealand.. gave me a job.. i know work visa is for 3 yrs then it will be expired by then.. but this the case.. i work for my employer in new zealand for just one year.. and move out to u.s and got my self there..overstayed there... can my work visa be effetive.. moving back to new zealand.. and regain.. a job there from my former employer sponsored visa.? can i still u used this visa that my that my employer sponsored to me.? please add sites to follw up your answers pls thank you im foreigner from the Philippines who was sponsored by a employer in the new Zealand ...

what if i gave proper notice to my former employer in new zealand then left the to the u.s then im safe right.. how many months can a former employer give me time .. to leave and come back.. i over stay my work visa and work permit in the u.s by 11 months..

You have asked this question before and no one has been able to give you a definite answer. You MUST contact New Zealand Immigration before you return to NZ - they are the only people who can give you a guaranteed accurate answer.
Even if someone on here gives you what seems to be an accurate and knowledgeable answer, you won't know if NZ Immigration officials agree until you try to re-enter the country. Don't forget to mention your overstaying in the USA as that will show in your passport and it may make a difference when they're deciding to allow you to re-enter. Better to know now than being turned away at the NZ port of entry. |
