Depending on the countries and their laws it is possible.
Leonguy300: that's like saying are you a world citizen! You are a citizen of a specific country. What agreements those countries have is what you are allowed too do. I have Irish citizenship. I do not have German citizenship! Two countries = two different citizenships.
