There's no application. You have to go to France, in person, and apply in person at any of the Foreign Legion Recruiting Centers.....

I'll don't have one to send and don't really know where to get'em, but looks to me that you could just put a white hanky on a stick and carry it in your back pocket till you need it and it would be the same thing. |
