These are the only "rights" illegal aliens have:

1) the right to be arrested for violation of United States federal laws,

If you are referring to the treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, then you need to actually READ it instead of making up a bunch of lies which have nothing at all to do with what is written in it.

Which part of illegal do you not understand? Why should a Mexican who snuck across the border have more rights as an immigrant that a Chinese or Filipino who because of Geography cannot "hop the fence". Most immigrants follow the rules and wait ten to fifteen years to attain their right to enter our society. Why should the Mexican or Guatemalan who snuck across the border have more rights or even the same rights as them?
As far as giving their land back, study some history and see whose land it is. The indigenous tribes are of Asian descent. The Mexicans are a society created by Spanish and French Invasions of the Aztec lands. Just exactly like the English and French invasion of the US and Canada. So whose land is it anyway? The Navajos and the Aztecs are probably the rightful owners. However it is unlikely that they would want this mess. No amount of anything is going to get Mexico its Northern Territories back. Even if the Mexicans went to war, they would not get these areas back. It is as absurd as the Palestinians wanting to evict Israel. It just is not going to happen. We have a treaty that demands that people who are here ILLEGALLY can work here in peace? I would like to see that. I do pity the illegal immigrants coming here in hopes of better life, but I do not agree with the people coming here illegally.
It is understandable that they come here to better life and such.
However, as a US citizen, it does not give me any sense of security at all for following reasons.

1. Some of them might be real criminals.

If they want to come here to work, do it legally. Just because they're a "good" worker doesn't excuse the fact they are here illegally. What about Americans who have the right to work in peace? It's hard to do that when you're competing with someone who knows no english but will settle for a five dollar an hour wage.

I have respect for those who deserve it i.e - those who come here legally, learn the language of our nation, and respect the law and citizens of the US. So tell me, where is the respect that we should get from them? We pay for their healthcare, food, housing, and other expenses and they repay us by polluting our neighborhoods, and draining the economy.

The American Dream doesn't apply to those who are anti-American and refuse to abandon their loyalty for their country. They're either for America two hundred percent or they're the enemy.

Do not bring religion into this matter. It has nothing to do with it. Our country has to have laws and will enforce them to keep this place safe. Without laws we will fail. The bible has nothing to do with the need for keeping this country safe. But since you brought it up - "be loved.." what about us? We're giving them everything they could ever ask for (UNWILLINGLY) and they still repay us with their pathetic flag demonstrations, they kill our law enforcement officers, rape our children, and demolish everything they come in contact with.

This is not, was not, and never will be their land. Why all of a sudden do they want to come "take over" this country? They're envious and can't stand the fact that we are living so great.

Besides the fact, we didn't steal the land, we paid for it, along with excepting any private debt enclosed with that land. We also are regularly giving millions to Mexico on a yearly basis today, so in a sense we're still paying for it. Not to mention we're giving billions to Mexican illegals yearly... Oh, and for the record, Mexico is fully conqured land... So Mexicans killed people in order to take their country too...

This country has a legal procedure for people who want to migrate here. Those who choose to enter illegally are not heroes, no matter what the reason. To say they are heroes is an insult to those people who work hard and spend their time and money going through the correct, legal procedures to become American citizens (this includes learning our English language) and make their home here.

We do have compassion for any human being who undergoes suffering, loss, or lack of any kind. And we believe that America is great because of her history of open arms to those who seek freedom and love what we stand for. But we also believe it is time to stop insulting the millions of people who gave up much, including their very lives, to make this country great, by comparing them to people who come to this country with a disrespect for our laws and our culture, and come only to take, not to give.

NO, the only right that they have to return to their own country and attempt to make it their dream place and not try to steel others. In the 1940's the Chinese were imprisoned here after the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the blacks were enslaved and forced to come here and have been here for over 200 years and contributed to the forming and building of our country, we are not perfect and is still young compaired to other countries. So for someone to come and sneak their way in is not fair to the ones who suffered and endured and contributed to what they are trying to obtain, that's just plain wrong.
