I would just like to thank the latinos especially for spending so much money on america when the americans are the ones who save their money. Isn't it a good thing mexicans can not qualify for bank accounts! Either way, we like to spend and it is boosting the american economy whether latinos get paid in cash or a paycheck.

Here's an example; Get hurt and go to an emergency room in any City in this Country and see if a Doctor will examine you in less that 6 hours. Then look at your bill because someone is going to have to pick up the cost for the illegals who use the Emergency Room exclusively.

Try reading the article (you can find it on-line) about the Copper Queen hospital in Arizona!!!!!! And this is ONLY one hospital in ONE state!!!! Some of our hospitals have actually CLOSED because of ILLEGALS, and others are very near closing!!!!!
And this is only ONE way, the ILLEGALS affect us!!!!!

And to "DeysiR"^ Illegals DO qualify for bank accounts!!!! As well as many other benefits!!!! They ALSO get welfare, AFDC checks, WIC, free medical, and free school lunches for their american born kids!!!!!!

i have one example off the top off my head: health care. Some illegals use the emergency room of hospitals instead of doctors, then don't pay their bills. i read the other day that in the LA area, something like 84 hospitals were forced to close due to bankruptcy in the last five years.

oh here's one that's personal: i know a woman who married an illegal. he worked for a horse farm here in KY. well, he was paid every week, about $400. he also got his housing included in his job, so they lived rent free on the farm. this couple had 3 children, and instead of saving their money and doing ANYTHING with it, they went through human resources. they get paid over $600 a kid. they get over $400 a WEEK in food stamps. they moved off the farm into section 8 housing. they got WIC. somehow she even got free diapers and stuff. i don't even know that much about government programs. when i said, WTF? how'd you get approved for that? the woman told me to my face, "cause he's in the country illegally, THEY DON'T COUNT HIS INCOME." THEY DON'T COUNT HIS INCOME!!!!!!!!!! this is the crap that makes me see red. my husband works like a dog to support this &$(&# and her worthless husband. God forbid SHE get a job, or hell, what they need with all that anyway? he got paid about $1600 a month, and they didn't pay rent!!!!!!!!! where do *you* think all that money went that he got paid? it did NOT go to support his wife and kids- my hubby did that.

this is the kind of thing that makes me livid. they do NOT need all that aid, yet they get it, all because they DON'T COUNT HIS INCOME! i say, if you know he's illegal, why is he still here?!?!!

OH whoever said illegals can't get bank accounts- that's a lie. i know at least 5 off the top of my head who have them. no joke, i was told by a friend while at a birthday party, when i left my wallet in my coat on a bed, that if i had my social security card in my wallet, i better go get it cause these illegals would take my number. i haven't been back to this friend's house since. *her hubby is illegal. actually, her marriage is too.*

i would have never thought there would be a booming illegal community here where i live, but there it is. i can think of at least 30 of them i know of. and one of them just murdered a friend of my hubby's.

oh and about them working hard- that is true, when they work. however, they have jobs but it DOES NOT STOP THEM FROM GETTING AID. another friend of mine married to an illegal has a medical card and all that jazz. she doesn't get as much aid as the others, but she still gets it. while her hubby does who knows what with his money. either they send their money to mexico or they stuff it up their nose, they sure don't use it to support their kids.

now, how about arnold wanting to give medical to everyone, every child, and i get to pay for it?
what about crime? jails are full of illegals and they committ horrific crimes in the land of the free.

how about the fact that in california with proposition 187, the people voted against all services to illegals and it didnt matter? i mean, how could it get on a ballot if real harm was not being caused to our state by illeglas? the people have spoken regardless of what you suppose illeglas do NOT do. I cannot prove to you that I know other than to tell you that I know. Here are a few simple factors to look at however.

1. Look at the level of taxes that we as Americans are currently paying. Then look at where the money is going.

2. Look at the size of the nation debt, then look at the "National Treasurey". Where is all that money going?

Go find any middle-class white community that's had an influx of Latinos and see if you enjoy the gangs, overcrowding, and racial animosity that results. Ask poor blacks if they enjoy being pushed out of their communities by Latinos intent on dominating that area.

Obviously you haven't been tracking this long. Just a week ago there were reports all over the press that last year California spent $400,000,000 on medical to illegals for child birth costs, the costs to food stamps and aid to family with dependant children after that aren't even calculated, because the child is born here. Testimony before the House Hearings showed that LA County ALONE paid $1 billion last year in services to illegals, and the State of California paid $10 billion.

Yesterday Schwarzenegger anounced that he wants a new health plan which would not ONLY cover illegals whose families claim to make less than $40,000 as the current plan does, it would cover them to a much higher claimed income rate. Note that if people are paid under the table, you have to take their word for what they make.

According to government statistics 50% of Mexican nationals in this country (who make up the largest source of our illegal immigrants) are illegally here. When they have kids it isn't traced at all, again, if they are born here, but that burden on our schools and services would not be here but for the illegal immigration of their parents.

This isn't just money. According to estimates I've read, I pay $1500 of taxes just to cover benefits to illegals. However, I could possibly live with that. What I can't live with is what the overcrowding of students who can't speak our language has done to the education of our own children. Ruining our schools is the biggest problem.

Even if they made enough money to pay taxes to pay their way (which they are too poor to do, mostly) you simply can't find that many school facilities and credentialled, much less GOOD, teachers over night. Look at the schools in the LAUSD and look at how over just the last 20 years, people stopped sending their children there if they were able to struggle out any other financial option.

They are ruining our children's futures.

hav u been in a welfare or sect 8 office lately. u should go in to one especially in the bigger towns..Go into a school and count how much time is being taken from OUR kids to work with illegals kids... go to a hospital ER in a bigger city and count the number of Ilegals in there for things such as a cold or toe ache.. I have seen illegals come in an ambulance so they can be seen first before everyone else and ambulances always get first priority..

I have an issue with trytbknow! Illegals aren't eligible for food stamps or any other federal benefit! They pay Taxes and Social security, if their employers don't pay them under the table. They don't get a refund!
