depends on the state. Some are against it and some are for.. In CA, it is totally possible and you even get to pay in-state tuition fees.

You can try, but you can't work in the U.S. after you get out. Which means you can't legally pay taxes. On the upside you can get a taxpayer subsidized education, which is great for you if you don't mind bankrupting the state.

You can apply. Getting accepted is totally up to University's or colleges decision. These days more and more colleges asking for the proof of status or visa status in US. Check with the college that you are applying.

Yes, you can.......of course.......I study in Truman College, city colleges of chicago, Il............I know many people who are illegal, but studying........moreover they are eligible for scholarships.............You can study
