Canadian Work Visa???

Canadian Work Visa???

If I apply for a Canadian work visa, you have to state the employer, and then get another job offer (aside from original employer), would that work visa allow me to work for any employer? Or do i have to file for a new one?

Ok so i can explain this to you because i went through this and so did my wife...
In order for you to get a Canadian Work Visa you have to have a job offer. This will allow that employer to give you the VISA but they have to obtain a positive LMO.When you do obtain all the necessary paperwork and are able to obtain your VISA:
*No you can't work for any other employer.
You are allowed to change employers but only if the new employer has a positive LMO and obtains a positive answer for you.The reason why you can't work for any other employer under that 1 VISA is because you have a contract with the employer as soon as you obtain you VISA through them and this contract ties you down to them for whatever time they make the contract out to be.Check out that site i sent you and see if you can get any new information. If you manage to obtain a Work Visa without having to have an employer let me know i want 1 ;-)
