Conditions of Conditional Residency Never met, why is she still here?

My Filipina "ex-wife" and I divorced during our first year of marriage, since she entered into the U.S.A. under a Fiance Visa (and did not even "claim" any abuse in the relationship), how can she legally be allowed to STAY here?
She just married again on Saturday, to her "new love" .....my BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!
I informed USCIS on several occasions of her deceptions (including her written confession of Marriage Fraud), yet they have FAILED to do anything about deporting her. Now, I believe she intends for my brother to suffer a fatal accident, so she can return to the Philippines a rich, widow, with her "good name" restored!

Thanks for your two cents worth. But for your information, she moved out after 9 days of marriage to me! Lied to me and Immigration about her efforts to "work on our marital issues" until she received her conditional residency. SWINDLED me out of $20,000, filed for Spousal Support in the divorce (for 9 days of marriage), AND inserted a GAG ORDER in the divorce decree prohibiting me from discussing her Immigration Violations with USCIS!!!

UPDATE - I'm not going to argue about this but a "gag order" had to approved by the judge and I cannot imagine why a judge would approve a prohibition against telling the truth to CIS especially if you opposed it. AND now we find CIS seems to have removed her conditional status or let her remain despite it?
So something, a whole lot, is fishy here and I doubt we're getting the entire story.
And "what the hell is wrong with your brother?" indeed!!

Well when and if she applies for a permanent green card I'm sure CIS will have your complaints on record and will explore them with her.
But frankly I think you just are upset about your brother and feeling pretty angry and upset, which I can understand. |

I know and you know she shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the US but the sh!t heads in Washington couldn't get it right if you did it for them!
