i am a non eea family member, i was overstay in uk,i am married living with my partner more then 2years in uk and i apply for resident card in december-2008,1month later i got latter they give me work promotion in uk,and still waiting for any other response,dose any1 knows how much chance i have to get resident card and how long they wil take for particular type application????

I don't know how long it takes, but if your overstay did not work against you, and you have no other problems such as criminal background or behaviour, etc., then you will get the permit. |
