My wife brought me in the UK 2004 with Dependent's visa under her Work Permit visa.
In Aug 2008, we have renewed our visas to Resident's Permit with 'Limited Leave To Remain'.
Dec 2008, we ended up in separation after 13 years of marriage.
Now my question is, am I still attached to her visa?
Will be able to renew my Resident's Permit to ILR without her?

We are not legally separated yet. But we are not together anymore.

till u get ur ILR ur visa is attached to her.
to get ILR you need her help,ie.u both of u have to apply together.i hope she will do this.
or try to get a work permit for yourself then stamp a new visa,then u r independent.u should have waited for few more months for separation as ur qualifying period for ILR is only few more months away.
so ask her a favour and help.Definitely u need her help,because she is the one going to apply for ILR and in the application form, u r just a dependent. |

no you need to be married to her otherwise it won't work
1) you moved to theUK in 2004?
2) but you have been married to her for 13 years?
bottom line is .. without your wife you will have to go back to your own country |
