I saw on TV homeland security stated there are over 5 hundred thousands illegal aliens considered fugitives by the U.S. Government and that's just the ones they know about. With thousands flooding in everyday you don't know who is here what their background is. Sounds like another 9-11 in the making to me just a matter of time.

Actually, that number is estimated to be much higher (I've heard as high as 3-4x the amount you stated).

Illegals are flooding our country unchecked because our elected officials are in bed with corporate America, which outsources labor and allows in droves of illegals so as to drive down salaries and wages.

First of all- MOST of them are law-abiding, tax-paying members of society who are working, running businesses and raising familes. Many have children who are US citizens, and this is nothing new (its been going on for generations). The criminal element is a small percentage of their total number, unlike the popular myths that some conservative talk-show personalities like to spread along with other misinformation.

America has plenty of crime without having to import any more, so I agree with deporting the ones with criminal records and better enforcement of the border. But it's not practical to try & round up everyone who managed to sneak across the border over the last 30 years, creating a huge problem for AMERICAN kids by breaking up families, if they're not causing trouble otherwise.

As to why it's happening, supply and demand. They're a source of cheap labor. Somebody's gotta work those manual-labor agricultural jobs, and I don't personally know anyone willing to pick fruit for 10-hour shifts. Do you?

They will eventuallly make a clean sweep of these undesirable individuals such as those gang bangers in the Salvadorian M13, but Unfortunately many of these individuals are already US born. Those who are not legal here will be deported back to their country of origin-Are deported after they serve their Prison Terms.

Actually, the illegal immigrants are not corrupting the USA. They are just taking over. There are many more illegal immigrants than 3 million, and how in the world would you know that most of them have criminal records? Its practically impossible to tell. Besides, they are not the only criminals we have in the USA. Dont tell me that caucasians and african americans dont commit crimes. Trust me, they do.
Its obvious that you are not very fond of illegal immigrants. If you learned social science/history in the 7th grade, you should know that many years ago, during medieval times, there was a feudal system, where the serfs, or the poor people, did all the manual labor. Nowadays, the serfs are often related to the illegal immigrants. Think about it. They do have a lot in common. They do the manual labor, they cannot get richer (because they cannot study here), and they are the base of our society. The serfs were the base of medieval society. When they revolted, the meideval times ended, and a new era began. The rich became poor, and the poor became rich.

Mostly it's because of the corrupt law enforcement officers in charge of keeping them out of the country. But you do have to look at it from the aliens' point of view: They don't have much choice. Their countries treat them like dirt.

Criminal records or not it amazes me that we allow them to come into our country to live and work, provide them with citizen benefits yet don't require them to become citizens. So much for "homeland security".
