No, the US should just simply repeal NAFTA, secure the border, close all Mexican consulates in the US but one in DC. Detain and deport all illegal aliens, and tell Mexico to stay out of US matters and to religiously respect the border as the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo requires.
