do i trust the employer because he is asking me to send under my name and using their address even just a little amount and the rest of it my employer will be responsible.

Sending money by western union often indicates some sort of scam or con trick.

Beware. Reputable firms do not use western union!

i wouldnt have thought this was an appropriate way of dealing with this normally i would have believed you send a cheque direct with your application to the visa application company etc.
if you are having trust issues now with your employer i cant imagine that you are going to have a productive career with that employer.

no you send your money to the home office any money sent via western union is to go to another country so family and friend can pick it up from their western union like a bank but works in different country you need send your application form and money to the home office
