Do i have to wait to applay for US citizenship after probation?

my bf got misdaminor for recieving and selling stolen property, he is seving 3 year of probation and it ends this June, does he have to wait after probation ends to applay for US citizenship or he can applay rite after?

he has green card and he lives in america for 9 years, and its been a while after his conviction, where are you guys getting these information about deportation from....they dont deport ppl for misdaminor LOL

Because of his criminal record, I do not believe he would qualify for a green card at all. In fact, perhaps he is in line for deportation.

after getting a misdemeanor and is a not a citizen they should no let him apply for it, they should sent him back to his country.
