When you register the birth of ur child, u need to get his/her passport from your embassy in London. Once u have baby's passport, you need to have his/her visa stamped in his/her passport.
You may not need to renew ur visa but u need to get visa for ur baby.

of course you need to renew your visa - if it is a visitor or a work visa.
UK does not allow anchor babies to be born in UK.
So assuming both you and the father are NOT british citizens, the child will NOT have british citizenship. It will have the mothers citizenship. |
