I am applying visa for my fiance who lives outside usa. is it necessary to submit I-134 affidavit support form at time of submission I-129F.

No, you don't include it at the initial filing in USCIS.It will be required during the interview of your fiance at the concerned US Embassy.You should include a copy of your latest Income Tax Return and W2, Certificate of Employment, at least copy of paystubs for the last 6 months and other proof if you will be using personal assets. |

no,,,go to visajourney.com you will learn all you need to ,,check site out b4 sending in the i-129f...many people on there now tried to use lawyers or do it there selves with just the info from the usg sites and found that they did not include all they needed and recieved an rfe.. then it takes alot longer ..good luck |

No...they will send it to you once you are approved and they have sent your approval notice to the country they are in. You can visit the immigration website and it will explain everything you need to know about filing the I-29F step by step. |

Since fiancé(e)s are nonimmigrant visa applicants, they should use the I-134. They will need to submit an I-864 to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) when they adjust status to conditional immigrant in the United States after they are married. |
