Not a super-power, no great power individually. Like a termite, it's not much alone, but let it populate and let millions of others join it, and it can destroy the house it lives in.

They could have more power if they revolted against their own governments. If the Mexican people were not so outspokenly against US. Americans, had not openly stated they wanted to "TAKE BACK" land of ours, had not come here illegally and used and abused our generosity, maybe they would have an ally to assist them in overthrowing that government. Maybe all that billions annually we're throwing into into our taxes would have been spent on helping Mexico instead of destroy the USA economy. Mexicans could have stayed in their own homeland and fought against the greedy tyrant leaders and if they wanted our help they could have asked they shouldn't have come here illegally and acted so uncivilized, called us names, protested, demand something they don't have a right to, flying the flag of the very nation that oppressed them, abusing our welfare and doing jobs at such low wages it caused OUR wages to plummet. By coming in unscreened they harbor disease that would have otherwise been caught. They are not the priveleged people they think they are. They are to abide by laws just like everyone else. They are to come here by the legal channels just like other immigrants such as those from Africa, Ireland, Germany, all other countries. Some of the others coming here are from war torn Bosnia, what makes Mexicans think they are any better than those people? Yet, they think they can jump ahead and get amnesty. That would be a slap in the face to all those who did it legally and to all the U.S. American citizens.
