All illegal activities should be punished immediately.
I believe that crime, corruption and illegal activities continue to occur because of the high level of tolerance that society has.

you just cannot send someone immediately to a country, the individuals are held first &investigation and then deportation.if guilty.

England is Similar to the United States. Most Illegal Immigrant in England are returned to there country of origin. One reason you wouldn't be sent back would be for Asylum (fear of torture or death if returned) or you are a minor that would face extreme hardship if you were returned.
