Do illegals get census forms?...?

Several days ago I received forms from U.S. Census bureau, it was not addressed to my name, but to my apartment. So I just wonder, anyone else got these forms?..and even more, do illegals get these forms?..I guess they do, since these forms are addressed/sent to apartment & house numbers. But do illegals fill & return them?...or they don`t-because of fear of being discovered by immigration dept.?

They get the forms, Who knows if they fill them out accurately or submit them. Its curious cause I've personally never seen a census form.

Yes, the census is a count of the individuals living in each state or locality, mandated by the Constitution, and there is no authority in the constitution to not count anyone who is "a free person". Slaves were count at 3/5 of a person even though they surely could not vote.

Yes. The idea is to count every person who lives in the country regardless of legal status. Its important to figure out where the population is for the purposes of predicting where resources are likely to be needed.

Yes............I watch spanish channels(in the T.V. duh) and they say not to be afraid to fill the census that they will not get deported if they send them

Illegals do get census forms and are counted in the census. This is problematic because it determines the way electoral votes are distributed. Californians are therefore over-represented and citizens in other parts of the country without illegals are disenfranchised. Illegals have little fear of being caught and deported otherwise they wouldn't sign up for medicaid and food stamps. Illegal aliens are bankrupting our states and must be stopped.
