Yes, and even more than they have planned!! The wall will not work without back up plans for personnel to police it, but we have to stop this illegal immigration from Mexico (our largest "contributor")

Even if it doesn't really work, it's more symbolic then anything. It means that we are going to take a stand against this and if the wall doesn't work then we will go to the next step

We Americans are going to DEMAND that they build it the whole length of the border too!

We Americans don't have to sneak out of the country like criminals. We have passports and legal documentation to leave at will through ports and airports.

We don't drag our kids through the desert and put them in child endangerment by throwing them in the back of a semi or a trunk of a car!

We are not keeping Americans in. We are keeping undesirable out!

If the feds would enforce the immigration laws... no... but since they won't... I think it is a good start at showing that we, as citizens, don't want illegals here.

What good will it do. The areas that now have fences do not now, nor in the past has kept the immigrants out. they have been cut, pushed over with vehicles and just climbed over and under. Are we to be like the the Great Wall of China? I was raised for over 50 yrs within 100 miles from any Mexican border and this has always been a problem.
