319 ILLEGALS musta been watching Lou Dobbs tonight: Even with that the NUMBERS are CLEAR. Illegals need to GO HOME. 70 to 80% of American citizens want NO Amnesty and they want ALL Illegals deported. This November we WILL MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD. The Illegals March in the Street. The LEGALS will SIMPLY VOTE OUT OF OFFICE ALL Pro Illegals and replace them with ANTI Illegals Then we can and WILL remove Illegals and Secure our Border. NO, The illegals need to be deported and take their children with them, if it is a couple , if on is legal , thy have decisions to make. Personal opinion, if stupid enough to marry one, go home with him / her. |

Maybe if we talk to our Congressman and ask to amend that right. I think maybe it should stop some what of the flow.
According to the law now. No that they have every right to stay. They are now consider to be an Amercian Citizen |

No. If the birth parents have broken the law, then the citizenship rights of the baby should be forfeited. There should be no rights granted to people who break our laws, and then copulate in our backyard like desperate animals just so they can stay here permanently. |

stupid, stupid, stupid people... how the hell are they going to tell me that even if they're born here, they're illegal... Damn your ignorance is showing...
In order to be a citizen, you must be born in American soil, or be naturalized..
How the hell can we call ourselves American then? |

i guess that these people don't need to get deported, but half the time that's what people do to get legal here, so maybe it will cause a problem later on.....i have no problem with those people though, cuz a lot of ppl come to america bcuz where they live they have harsh conditions and stuff |

No - as proved in Chicago this week, they are more for the purpose of the parent staying than for the parent being a parent. |

Unsure, but the child is definitely a citizen and they should not for the children to move to a country they know nothing about and may not even speak the language. Some illegals do end up just teaching their kids english and thats it. |

"Anchor Babies"? Who came up with this term?
Current immigration law does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to sponsor a parent for an immigrant visa.
Anchored to what? |

Yes, I don't agree with this law but it is a law and since the baby is a U.S citizen the baby has a right to stay here and if the baby stays the parents stay. This is a law that congress should fix if your here illigaly the children are illigals but until that is changed they stay. |

the law is if they are born on U.S. soil, they are legal
why is it they can't break laws but everyone else can?
anchor babies or not, they were born a citizen and that's all that counts. you can't deport a citizen.
its the law, and we love laws, right? |
