Yes, I do believe so, but what can we do? Not much. Let's think about why they are coming in such large numbers to the US. The US is stretched too thin as it is now "helping" out other countries. Mexico borders us and I believe should be one of our top priorities. I have no problem with Mexicans coming to this country and it seems they don't either, but I do believe there should be a better system put in place for them to enter legally. It's obviously a desperate situation in Mexico right now and the citizens there have nothing. I hate to see anyone in that sort of shape. In my opinion most of them are refugees fleeing from a fallen country that can't provide food, shelter, jobs, or safety for it's citizens...oh wait...that sounds like America too. I do feel for the Mexican immigrants legal or not. Something has got to be done. The US and the Mexican government have got to come to some sort of arrangement. What about those who come from Cuba? If they set foot on US soil, they have asylum. How is it any different from those trying to escape Mexico? The numbers is all. I have such mixed feelings about this. I don't think we should turn away anyone in such a need, but then again, we can't help everyone. |

One thing that helps us all a very great deal is to write all of your representitives. Local, State, and Federal Government. The first two cannot help very much, but they wind up helping a great deal if they know how the community feels.

Yes--Mexico primarily but other countries as well.
There are 20 million illegal alien criminals in the USA.
Somewhere between 50-55% are from Mexico alone.
Another 15-20% come from Guatamala, Honduras and other Central American countries.
70% 0f all illegal alien criminals in the USA are Latino.
The remaining 30% come from the rest of the world. |

No. People crossing the border are not agents of their government. They are not military personnel. They are not being "sent" here for the purpose of "invading" our country and usurping territory.
Their choice to come here is individual, and is based on their own desire to improve their lives and the lives of their children.
It is not a military invasion. It is an economic and cultural migration. |
