This is a tough one to answer.
I don't believe in abortion for no reason at all. NEVER..
I believe that these women who sleep with an illegal especially if she knows he's illegal and cant even speak her language see it all the time that should tell her that hes illegal..they should be punished, how i don't know,,community service to pay for the tax's the illegal didn't pay or help pay for her future welfare, probation for 5 years and home inspections to make sure she isn't giving shelter to another illegal alien or give her the opportunity to leave the country with the illegal that is being deported and not allowed back into the country. Put her on the birth control and make her take a blood test every month to make sure shes taking it..and blood work to make sure she's not spreading any disease
these illegal aliens think that if you get a white women pregnant that, that gives them a right to be here..and it doesn't give them a right just a little better chance is all..the child can be deported just as easy as the adult..and if this doesn't work then the women needs to be thrown in jail |

Why stop with Mexican babies. Put the women who have babies by any foreigner in jail. Lets also throw in the women and men who get romatically involved with criminals. White-collar crime included. Then all the people who rent an apartment to criminals, sell food to criminals, etc. Lets throw them all in jail. Then we will only have perfect people to run the country. |

I am not so certain they should be jailed, if they knowingly seek to undermine American laws they should definitely be brought up on charges, but i think that 'jail' is a bit extreme for that offense. |

In a perfect world, yes, people should be punished for fraud.
But it would be impossible to prove that the women got pregnant on purpose, in order for one to stay here. She could always claim she thought the guy was legal, or that the condom broke. |

No politician is going to get behind that. The right to life crowd would say threatening to jail women for being pregnant might encourage them to have an abortion instead! Liberals certainly wouldn't get behind that either, so what constituency would it please? |
