Do you care what happens with illegals after they get deported?

So I know most of the people reading this question want to deport all illegal immigrants. If you support deporting all illegal immigrants, do you wish them the best of luck back in their country or you don't give a rats a*s what happens to them in their country (starve, die, live their rest of their life in poverty) just as long as they're not in America illegally anymore?

Do you agree with me that their country should improve so that they can live a better life there and wont have to come to the USA illegally anymore in search for a better life??

Why don't you tell me what happens to all those billions of dollars shipped to Mexico all this time? They send billions back for years and still are always one meal away from dying.I haven't read where people in Mexico are straving. What do you say to the people who live in poverty here, that poverty, in Mexico is more important than Americans in poverty in their own country? If you are truly concern will you use your own income and send money to all who are deported or do you just wish them well or or you don't give a rats a*s when it gets right down to using your own money and what kind of sacrifice's are you making ? Mexico has lots of money to wine and dine Obama so don't me they are so broke

I dont wish them harm. I just wish them away from America. Honestly it is not Americas problem to solve every poor souls problems. We have no obligation to support the worlds poor. We do however have the obligation to improve living standards for Americans citizens. Go into the mountains and coal mining areas of the country and many live in absolute poverty. Pro-illegals need to look into there own back yard before beating the drum of solving world problems and providing solutions for the dreams of these persons.

I think we have to stop taking on other countries' problems until we have solved all of our problems at home, and even then it should be through voluntary charity, never through the government coercively taking money from us to spend elsewhere.

Nope. Their country is their country. And we should mind our own problems over here. Every country has problems. And if nigeria were right next to our border, I'm sure they would cross it too, so its not our duty to help everyone else

We all know that Mexico has nothing to offer it's citizens, soon the US will be the same as Mexico and then where can we go?

While I don't wish anything bad on the illegals, I really don't care what they do as long as its not here. Maybe if they actually get deported, they would stand up for themselves and generate some change in their own countries instead of running away.

joe m
i dont care............why dont you personally go to there country as well and help them improve it................that way you could put your concern into action and neither of you would be here

I wish them no harm, but do want them deported. They can strive to make their own countries better places, not try and make mine a cesspool.

Everyone wants a better life, only total worthless losers break the law to get that better life.

Do you wish the best of luck to that bank robber or rapist when they go to prison? I sure don't. Make a conscience decision to break the law, be prepared to deal with the consequences.

Nope, we can’t take care of or support uneducated Mexicans any longer.

Don't care what happens to them, and yes I do agree with you! We need to fix America first then we can start helping others!

Micky....the resurrection
Considering all of the problems they've caused this country and all of the citizens who have been harmed and killed by them, I really don't care what happens to them.

I don't wish anyone to die, that would be horrible. I do wish their counties were better, but what can you do.

When life gives you lemons, you don't break the law and crap on other nations immigration laws, you make lemonade.

There is no mass starvation in Mexico as in some African countries, to say that they are illegally coming to U.S. to escape starvation is hogwash. So those illegals returned back to Mexico will NOT be starving-thats for sure. But Mexico is sore `cause they will lose billions of $$ which these illegals SCAMMED from U.S.and were sending there...And besides is it your or mine moral obligation to be fixing my sloppy neighbor`s home problems?

I agree. it seems reasonable

I do care about what happens to aliens deported, to a point.

Your idea of having other countries improve so the desire to come to the US is decreased has one big problem: We cannot make other countries improve their conditions, and if we give them money there is no guarantee it won't be used for other things.

I care MUCH more about those that are attempting to come here legally.

do I care what happens to them - NO. do they care what happens to the families lives they have ruined - no! Same as alcoholics and drug addicts - you cannot help someone who does not want to help themselves! They do not want to help themselves build a better country in their homeland, why should we worry. They have no problem helping themselves to things they are not entitled to here!

I wish them the best, but I don't really care that much. That is their country, this is my country and my objective is to provide for my family without being robbed by confiscatory taxes to pay for everyone else's bad decisions.

i'd care but i wouldn't care. i would pray that everything goes well for them, i wouldn't want anything bad to happen. but then again i wouldn't care cause i won't have to worry about low paying jobs (we're not going to accept the pay), schools over crowded

I don't think anybody wishes anybody bad luck.. no matter what,. i mean unless they are murderers or rapist or something immoral like that.

It's true the USA needs to work on own problems. but at the same time.. i think it's kinda weird how they government says that they're in Iraq to help but then there's all these countries around us like Mexico and Cuba, etc that need help as well but aren't being helped.

It's not the USA's job to take care of the rest of the world, but the situation in Mexico definitely affects the USA, not just in immigration, but the drugs, bad economy.. it ends up affecting the USA. Illegal immigrants are going to keep coming since they are running away from Mexico's horrible economy, poverty, and violence, and crime.
So maybe if the USA helped Mexico fix their problem with mostly gangs and drugs and corrupted government.. then immigrants will be able to survive in their own country without coming to ours.
If the situation in Mexico isn't fixed, it's only going to keep spilling over to the USA, which is not good.

Comprehensive immigration reform isnt the way to go, but i would be more worried about theses deportees starting gangs in their countries rather than them starving or living in poverty. How do you "improve" a country?

nasdas
I agree, but it also depends on if the person did something wrong to get deported. I know this might sound not as ideally "liberal", but I think if someone has immigrated here, illegally or legally, and they do anything violent to someone else, they should punished and deported.

But innocent people just looking to work for a better life are cool.
