No, I don't think they should go unchallenged if they want to stay. Now if they want to come for a short visit...( 2 seconds ) then leave, fine. But no. We have our own AMERICAN problems to deal with without them ILLEGALS adding to them. There are AMERICAN children and elders ( who by the way worked hard to pave the way for our generation and generations to come) that are going to bed hungry and having to choose between food and proper medical care while these ILLEGALS are corrupting and taking advantage of the system that should be catering to the above mentioned. And I am sick to death of having to press #1 on the phone if I want to hear the message in ENGLISH. It should be ENGLISH by default.

if the mexicans get get in fo free so should the rest of the people who want a better life, the rest of the world. insted of coming here they should just try hard like us to make their own country better. my relitaves came here from euorpe after years of trying to get a work visa then worked really hard all day and night and then learned english and then went back and have a much better life knowing english and using their skills learned here over there

the answer to your question is simple-NO. in FAIRNESS to everyone. there are legal channels and means on which you can enter the USA, since they chose to cross the border which they believe is the "easy" way would only mean that they do not have what it takes to qualify. so there goes the neighborhood-increase crime rate; plunging home market value in areas where most mexicans populate.

Look, I am not trying to be mean, but NO MORE MEXICANS!
No seriously, we are just being too nice. I understand that Mexico is a poor country with less jobs, and that the US is a rich country with jobs and much more , but we just cant have anymore outsiders breaking the law and coming in our country illegally. Its wrong. And if something or someone is illegal, then they should be punished.
Firstly Mexicans should be sent back and our borders should be CLOSED. PERIOD.
Next, those who have been living here for more than a year, should be given a green card only if they have not commited any crimes, and thirdly, those who are well-respected and have been living here for more tha 5 years, should be granted citizenship.

I am a foreigner living in the U.S. I applied for a VISA, got it, and live here legally without having a Green Card. My case has been in court for 10 years, and I have been waiting patienly. It is unfair to all of a sudden care about Mexicans and forget about the people that worked hard and the right way to live here.

The real deal is colonization to reclaim back to Mexico.

As far as entering, I'll feel they have the right when all the big city barrios in our nation must leave all doors and windows to their homes unlocked by law, just as we must with the Mexican border by law. Our current law makes it impossible to protect ourselves and make it legal for our states to go back to Mexico. I say that cuz if they can colonize for another country, why would our leaders protect them when La Reconquista is successful?

I think they need to stay in their own country. They add hardly anything to the country we couldn't do with our own people. they are taking jobs that could be given to Americans, which would help unemployment.

I think that if they are going to come here, they should have a good reason to. For example they should be able to work with permits, study and pay full price, or vistit for time limited. Now, if they are caught doing nothing, selling drugs or on drugs, being bad no they should not be here and be sent back. No.I don't support illegal immigration.I support amnesty for illegal immigrants that are in the country right now,and have been for decades.I say:
Secure the border.
Screen the illegals.
Deport the undesirables.
And give amnesty to the rest.
No guest worker program.
Make it easier to come legally.
Amnesty isn't fair to all the ppl that have been waiting in line to come legally.But I think it's the only ratioanl thing to do.How can you deport all of them,it seem impossible.The ppl that recieve amnesty should also have to pay a fine.They don't have a "right" to be here.They should come legally.

Only if you feel that no country has the right to secure borders and sovereignty. I like immigrants, they remind us how great we have it. My parents are immigrants. But we have to control immigration or the country will become a cesspool. No one's resources are limitless, not even the U.S. Laws help protect everyone.
