so is that all i need to fill out and then i get a upto 90days visa?

You don't need a visa. You do need a passport and will have to go through customs when you land here.

"Travelers coming to the U.S. for tourism or business for 90 days or less from qualified countries may be eligible to visit the U.S. without a visa if they meet the visa waiver program requirements."

The UK is part of the Visa Waiver Program:

UK is one of countries participating Visa Waiver Program. You don't need a visa to stay up to 90 days. Do not ever overstay even 1 day on VWP. Then you cannot use VWP ever in your life. You must have machine readable passport. Here is the link for the information of VWP.

I'm not sure... you should go to the web site: USCIS.COM
My brother has an European passport, he doesnt need it when he's using that passport. but we're from Venezuela and with that passport we do need a visa.

No, if you hold a UK passport you do not need a visa to visit the U.S.
Look at the U.S. immigration web site to see what is required for each country.

For the above mentioned purpose- NO. you are under VWP.

The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) enables nationals of certain countries to travel to the United States for tourism or business [visitor (B) visa purposes] for stays of 90 days or less without obtaining a visa.
http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1990.html#vwp

Addotional Requirements:
1. They have received an authorization to travel under the VWP through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA)
2. They present the appropriate type of passport valid for six months past their expected stay in the United States (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions). This is a requirement in addition to other passport requirements for all categories of passports -- regular, diplomatic, and official - when the traveler is seeking to enter the United States for business or tourist purposes, for a maximum of 90 days;
3. The purpose of their stay in the United States is 90 days or less for tourism or business (Visitor (B) visa) purpose of travel.
4. They can demonstrate the intent to stay 90 days or less in the United States and demonstrate sufficient funds to support themselves while in the United States
http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/without/without_1990.html#vwp

Hope this will work.

The ESTA requirements is:
All Visa Waiver Program (VWP) travelers are now required to obtain a travel authorization via the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) prior to traveling to the U.S. under the VWP. ESTA is now accessible online at https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov for citizens and eligible nationals of VWP countries.
The VWP allows visitors from participating countries to travel to the U.S. for business or pleasure for 90 days or less without first obtaining a visa. ESTA enhances the security of the VWP and has allowed the U.S. Government to expand membership in the program.
