I think so. If your claiming benefits I think all health care is free.

Sorry, just going to add a note here. You can get a free eye test and glasses but the only glasses you will get will be crappy NHS ones that cost about Â£30! I got some from Vision Express a few years ago when i wasn't working and they where rubbish.
