You really, really, need to study our history, and the history of other cultures. You continue to confuse war and conquering of a people with the enactment of laws in a civilized society.
If you want to ask questions about immigration that's fine; but understand the difference between legal immigration which no-one is opposing, and ILLEGAL acts by criminal Mexicans in crossing our border without permission. |

you just shot your "credibility" with that lie about your husband being illegal and having a valid social security card. sorry lady most of the US is not stupid as you seem to think, no one is going to buy that. it doesn't take a genius to know a little about the law. as far as the Titanic, that was quite an anomaly and is not comparable to a Mexican invasion. The us has a much more powerful army then Mexico and even if the Mexican government were to be behind an invasion the US citizens would not bat an eye, it's not a concern. you also do not give the Mexican people much credit, they are much more intelligent to think that that scenario would be plausible. i do not fear Mexicans, i like them as much as i like anyone else. i dislike illegals from anywhere in the world and my worries lie with something worth worrying about- North Korea and Iran. maybe you would understand if you knew what the hell was going on in the world. |

I dont think its that, we, and I say we because I am a mexican american girl born here to Mexican (illegal I might add) who came here almost fifty years ago and who are at this point american citizens, I think its mostly a territorial matter. God doesnt punish by the way, life and people take care of that. I am very proud of being Mexican and being American and I try to instill that in my children everyday and consider ourselves lucky for being blessed with two cultures and customs. Some of you will get angry at this and cry "well then go back then!" I keep reading that response over and over and its so stupid, seriously do you think these people risk their lives to come over here and make a better life for their families and theyre all gonna leave just cuz you tell them to??!! Who's being ignorant now? Im all for them doing it the right way but just like anybody, brown, black, purple or green, they are gonna do what they think is best for their families as well. Lets punish and prosecute the ones who come here and commit violent crimes and this include americans as well, but why punish the ones who add to our society in a positive way?!
