According to Mark Twain, in the XIX century they hanged Chinese just for fun. In the 1950 and 60s, in Miami there were signs telling: "No dogs or Cubans allowed", and we were LEGAL

I wouldn't say hate I would say disgust. Our government has done nothing to stop illegals. As a matter of fact they where suppose to secure our border in 1986, but didn't. I agree there are bigger issues about why and how, but the bottom line is, Americans are starting to get angry, and if it keeps up, there is going to be problems between Americans and Illegals. And it wont be pretty, Our goverment needs to do something now, and rewarding illegals with amnesty and or work visas isnt the answer. Why should we as citizens follow the law if illegals dont have to, and actually get rewarded for breaking the law?.

No one I know hates legal immigrants. I do know that most Americans have a real problem with illegal aliens in our great country. It does not matter what race they are....they are illegal!

I do not think many Americans are angry at Mexican Immigrants if they are legal and make a good effort to adjust to the American culture and speak English. It is the illegal alien criminal that every one hates.

I don't hate anyone, but I'm really angry that the illegals, esp mexicans, are getting away with being able to stay here. It really bugs me that jobs are being CREATED for them! Americans ARE getting tired of the illegal being here.

Having been born and raised in New Mexico, I know that the attitudes of Americans toward illegal aliens out of Mexico is fully justified. I grew up where the Chicano population out numbered the Anglos by 7 to 3 (numbers in school) and I speak fluent Spanish. The Chicanos are getting screwed by the waves of illegals who take jobs from everyone but most especially from the poorer Americans. The illegals are bringing in Polio, TB, and forms of childhood diseases that were wiped out in the us back in the early 60's. The illegals do not want to become Americans! I listened to them talk on construction sites. They are always talking about raping some white girl or Chicano girl if they can get her alone. They will cuss the boss to his face if they think he speaks no Spanish and they plan how to steal the very tools they are working to make a living with. They brag about how they will reconquer the lands the USA stole during the Mexican American war! Forget the Terrorists in the Middle East it is time to round up an repatriate the ones from Mexico and other Latin American countries. Either that or open warfare will occur in the USA within 10 years.

Some of my best friends are Mexicans- legal immigrants. "Illegals" is what we hate. And of course the powers are laughing; they are the ones reaping the benefits of 20 million illegals (mostly Mexican) in this country.

The United States has declared Amnesty twice. It didn't work. We are going to have to do it again. But not before we close our borders securely.

Here's the key...I love immigrants as long as they are LEGAL! The illegal immigrants will continue to corrupt America. We allow
anyone to come in here, pop out babies like machine guns, (bonus
check for welfare, which means more money) and allow anyone born here
to become automatic U.S. citizens. Think of the U.S. as a small jar.
Think of the world as a massive glass container. The marbles
represent the people...as long as you try to put more and more in
from the large jar (represents the entire world), to the small jar
(U.S.), eventually, it will start overflowing. That is what is
happening...overpopulation is HUGE right now. The rate we are going
at, we won't ever be able to build enough roads, houses, schools,
hospitals, etc., the way we are growing. The economy is bashed every
single year. I have no idea how much the budget is for illegals, but
it has to be billions, even trillions of dollars. They come here, get
free food, health care, rob from Social Security, live off of
welfare. The more kids they have, the more checks they get, so why
not have eight to ten kids? The financial burden is horrible...no
telling how many trillions these illegals are costing us yearly. How
do we stop this crisis? Well, just take the benefits away. If we
didn't have all the FREE things to offer, they wouldn't be coming
here. The education...HAVE ALL BOOKS IN ENGLISH. Don't let the
illegals get college education...take them back to Mexico if they
can't get citizenship (it's not like it's hard in the first
place...it may be a long process, but not hard.) The unemployment
rates will continue to rise because they come here, don't work or
anything, get everything for FREE, so why should they work...they
just get everything handed to them in the first place. If they get
paid to sit on their butts eating burritos all day instead of
working, why not? Bringing more people in to take jobs...BS! If a
legal U.S. citizen needs a job bad enough, he/she will do whatever
they have to do to get that extra money. If you can't handle the
answer, don't ask the question.

Anger at illegal aliens is justified, whatever their nationality. I find it amazing that brain dead liberals find nothing wrong with a situation where we have between 20 and 38 million illegal aliens in our country, most of them Mexican. It is clearly, la reconquista, the attempt by Mexico to colonize our southwestern states, but this is okay by most libs. Of course, if the illegal aliens were white Christians, the libs would be up in arms to fight the illegal alien menace!

Hatred or just REALLY irritated?? A little of both. How do they get away with everything they do? They go shopping and expect the employees to be able to speak to them in spanish, then they're frustrated when no one understands them. We're in the USA!!! Speak English!! Even their children who may have been born and raised here have a hard time with English because it isn't spoken at home and the parents just expect the schools to teach them English. Last time I checked, a second language was an elective that you had the choice to take in junior high and high school. How are they getting away with not learning our language? Illegal or not, Mexican immigrants are either too stupid or too stubborn to change. You don't see the Oriental immigrants expecting us to learn their language to talk to them and advertise to them? Do you? There's where my hatred IS justified.

illegal mexicans... yes. 70% of a country that does not recognize the sovereignty of another, and those people believe that that country is their destiny and will invade it via illegal immigration, not speak the language, and not obey the law, then YES, Americans have every right to feel animosity towards illegal Mexicans.

Wow, its amazing how everyone puts the blame on illegals and does not recognize that its our own government who allows this to happen. If America really wanted to protect our borders believe me we would (Just hire Israel they build themselves a great wall.) If you really wanted to get rid of the illegals then the government should crack down on U.S companies that hire them. If there are no jobs for illegals then guess what? they wont come! The whole U.S immigration system does not work either people end up waiting over 10 years to get anything going specially if you are from Mexico.

Most of us do not hate Mexican People. What the issue is with "Illegal Immigration" is the theiving goverment is not getting paid. They feel if they are not collecting from every hard working person in the US then that person is here illegally. If an immigrant (and if you are not native american, you are one) paid income taxes the goverment would not care how you got here.
