No, the children should direct their anger the parents for putting them in this situation. And, our government must take the blame too. We need to stop giving birth right citizenship. Californians voted a few years back to deny services to illegals and their children, such as school. Well, this was ignored by the legislators. Kids of illegals went to school for years. It was like the parents saying "if enough of us break the American laws, then they have to change to accept us."

I don't think the children or the illegal should be allowed to stay.And they should not be allowed to sue anybody in our courts because they are not citizens of this country.Even if the suit is filed by someone else who is a citizen it should be thrown out.

Anyone born in the U.S. is a U.S. citizen. If you deport the parents of a dependent child, how is that not deporting a U.S. citizen? I suspect this kind of question and response is an attempt at relieving guilt for arbitrary hostility toward others based on convenient technicalities.

YES!!! and this is why...i have a friend who was brought here as a child by his parents illegally...as a child you do not have a choice of staying in your country, you obviously have to go along with your parents..he went to school here, graduated, went to college and now has a family of his own...now why should the u.s. deport him...when he had no choice of coming here...do you think it is right for him to be separated from his family??? when he was brought up as an american...the only thing against him is being born in another country and the CHOICE HIS PARENTS MADE...

YES! because that's more children torn apart from their parents. These children were once supported by their parents, and now the tax payers are going to do it when they go into the support groups that help them. It causes these poor children to fail in school and some times in life. We would be added more negativity to our society.

I have a daughter now 5, the father is an undocumented worker from Mexico who has been here for over 10 years. He could have been sponsored by his sister years ago but he denied the chance. Now the law for undocumented workers is ridiculous. Grant the ones who are responsible with no criminal record to get the proper paperwork required to stay so it will boost our economy!
