No, they do not have that right to protest not being allowed to violate the laws of this country. I agree that they should be deported but my opinion differs in that I think anyone that has ever crossed our borders illegally should be permanently banned from ever entering the U.S. for any reason at all.

here's a thought lets encourage them to protest it will get large numbers of illegals together in one place then we have ICE roll up from all sides. illegals and their supporters get pretty belligerent when the are demonstrating so we detain as many as we can to figure out what their status is. think of the money it will save they essentially would be coming to ICE. so if we do it like this i say yes to allowing them to demonstrate. we can have it video taped and we can watch it on youtube. we could do a montage the first part being the old video with illegals being themselves, burning the U.S. flag and stomping on it and screaming for their rights immediately transitioning to the screams of recognition as the realize they are boxed in by ICE. i think it would be one of the most popular videos on youtube.

The illegal person's right to protest is manifested in their ability to make their case at the hearing in immigration court. Before someone gets deported, the case has to go through a court where the deportation order is issued. So they can protest before the judge. That is their right.

Public protest is something else. There's no law that says that they cannot protest on the street. A right is only a right so long as it is legally enforceable. So yes, they can go on the street and protest - their choice. At the same time, the authorities also have the right to arraign them and take them to court on behalf of the federal government.

Oh, they can protest all they want!!! It's not gonna do any good!!!! They knew they were breaking the law when they did it. Lots of criminals "protest" when they are apprehended!

Yup!!! I also think they should be made to stay in their own countries and their countries forced to reimburse us for the thievery of one of their own!

There isn't one in a thousand of them who would dare try it in the countries they came from. They know the consequences.

If they didn't get access to free services they'd go back by themselves. No need to force or deport. Just treat them the way citizens are treated: pay for everything, don't get anything.

There's nothing you can do about the undocumented immigrants that are currently in the U.S. concerning deportation. What they need is an incentive to learn the common language (English), and to apply for citizenship. A lot of undocumented immigrants can live off the govenment and benifit from the system without having to become citizens. If we can get a reason to why it would be a good idea for them to become citizens then we could have this illegal immigration fixed. But people in this country are indecisive of what they want. Therefore things stay the same.
