Our F'ing govt gives them more rights then you or I have. When was the last time you went to the ER and not have to pay? When was the last time you dropped a baby ever year and had someone else pay for it?Do they have the right to it -hell no they don't but again until the people we legally vote for do the right thing for those that foot the bill for these people we will always get screwed over. And as for our troops being lazy the fact is that while our men and women fight to keep us safe they are also keeping the free loaders here safe too.So we should all give one big F U to illegals and deport their sorry illegal @sses back to wherever they came from..

Illegals only rights are to be deported back to where they came from. And who cares what illegals claim?

Personally, The whole subject of illegals in America is dumb...because the left wing whiner will always paint you a picture of the poor starving family of 6 just getting by and trying to make a new life.
Of course the opposite of that is the picture of illegal gang bangers that are shooting citizens down in the street because they have a spiderman backpack or wearing the wrong color, they do so with intent, malice and could care less about human life. They get protection through special order 40 in LA and many of the haven cities that will not work with federal authorities to deport them. Those that are deported soon return to America, As we are spending some $15 billion on social services that the poor American citizen isn't even getting.
I don't believe in amnesty, people that break the law don't deserve a reward. And for many of those that have come here, it hasn't been about just trying to start a new and better life. There are many that couldn't give a damn about what America stands for and therefore wouldn't make a very good American citizen. They have come here, brought their own thoughts, ideas, traditions and want to set up if they had their way, a little mexico right here in America. If your going to be in America, and live off its charity, services and lifestyle, you need to be an American....not a squatter.
So, the best way I think would to find a compromise with the 3 main groups that are involved (since you can't please everyone. The 3 main groups being;
1. The illegals
2. The American Citizen
3. Those that have already been in line awaiting citizenship -doing it the right way.

I don't care for most of Obama's failed policies but if he holds to the idea he stated that we should make them all pay a fine (each), learn English and get to the back of the line and do it right. I can't see how that wouldn't be acceptable.
The only whiners I can imagine is the far left crying about the fact they couldn't just "give" them amnesty....but that's never what America has been built on so screw them for trying to change the country and its founding.
The other group would probably be the far right complaining mostly because they want these people kicked out and have to do everything all over again.....I imagine as some kind of vengence for thier bold and illegal behaviours. But this would accomplish little. We can't afford to deport them all and would waste time, resources and money to have a "re-do".

Micky....the resurrection
No, they should have nothing but a kick back to their own country.

ROFLMAO!! How many illegals did you hear "claim" that??? I am not sure what "su" means or why anyone would be afraid of it, is that like a new weapon or something? I did not know we could "reasigned" anyone to do anything. ROFLMAO... every person has rights to some extent, just like people here have rights to post things without credible documentation.

According to the moral principals that the USA was founded on.Illegal immigrants do have rights.

People are born with their rights. governments do not grant people their rights. When a government infringes on those rights the rights still exist but the situation is wrong.

The burden of proof of guilt is on the Government. The individual has the right of free association, to be secure in his papers and property and not subject unreasonable search and seizure and the writ of habeaus corpus shall not be infringed. Further more, the individual cannot be coerced to incriminate himself and has the right to a fair and speedy trial by a jury of his peers.

These laws were enacted to restrain the government fore the founding fathers new from experience that all government tends towards tyranny.

Should any of these laws be broken in the pursuit of "illegals" then the entire legal structure has been made an arbitrary thing to be obeyed, or not, by whoever happens to be in power and the government itself should share the label of "illegal".

If we refuse to enforce the statutes of the constitution then we are a lawless society and we risk having someone else in the White house who will simply grant amnesty to all of the illegals like Reagan did.

The Constitution mandates that the Federal Government should maintain the integrity of our border. It is the States and the Peoples PRIVILEGE and RESPONSIBILITY to insist that the federal Government do so rather than expend their own time, resources and energy in doing so.

It is also the right and responsibility of the States and the People to seek redress from the Federal Government for costs incurred for educating, medicating and imprisoning undocumented immigrants .

Redress should also be sought for damages (including lower wages) incurred at the hands of people, who the Federal Government failed to stop at the border despite their oath and mandate.

Instead of incarcerating or deporting undocumented immigrants state and municipal officials should ship them and their families off to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington D.C. whenever identified.
