Do you think is it legal and human? ICE and Maricopa County Sheriff still leaving US Citizens children....?
Find answers to your legal question.

Do you think is it legal and human? ICE and Maricopa County Sheriff still leaving US Citizens children....?

With out their parents. Because they are undocumented people. (Not illegal, No one human been is "ILLEGAL")
Is pretty shameless that, this nation being the first human rights, democracy and liberty, world wide defenders. Still practicing detestable actions against immigrants that their only targets on USA are work so hard to get a better future, denied for their countries. And undocumented immigrants, come USA with no papers because is almost impossible to get workers visa. If you were Latino American Citizens, you need to be rich to get a tourist visa, and to apply for a worker visa you need a sponsor company needing you. And await many months or years to get this document. Undocumented workers, pay taxes and Social Security fees too. They aren't stealing ID's, they are victims of your laws. Other people gets false ID and sells it to immigrants. USA is an immigrants nation, now your laws opposites the spirit of your country, fighting against latino workers. They are doing that nobody wants to work in USA for less than $ 8 Dollars per hour, Don't you? And Latino workers are not terrorists.
Thanks for your opinion of it.
Additional Details
Thanks for your answers, it is a disappointment that merely to insult and to show racism, so God bless you. Do not you remember who of your ancestors was an immigrant? How many of them aplyed for a visa first, before got USA?
I'm agree with to respect law, but immigrants aren't responsible of all that you are suffering in USA.

I wouldn't waist your time commenting on the negative answers. It's the same people that hang around this section, and most have mutiple accounts.

The seperation of children and their parents is very devasting to them, and their future. The children were once supported by their parents, but after deportation, many go into support groups, and now we the tax payers have to support them. People that want all illegals deported complain about having to support illegals with thier tax dollars, but it's not true because illegal pay more into the system then in the little services they use, so now that these parents are deported.....guess what? They are now really supporting the children that got left behind. So very sad!

Immigration Raids Leave American Children Behind

Study says the damage to kids is mental, emotional and economic

WASHINGTON, D.C. — For every two adults detained in immigration raids, a child is left behind. Two thirds of these children are U.S. citizens, more than a third are under six years old, and nearly two thirds are under 11, according to a study by the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) and the Urban Institute.

Children face short- and long-term psychological damage when they are separated from one or both parents. This can include depression, post-traumatic stress, anxiety, feelings of abandonment, and suicidal thoughts. Raids also have an economic effect on families and make it harder for children to concentrate in school.

"No one being human is Illegal." Did you actually write that? That is the dumbest thing I've read today. Of course they can be illegal. We are a country and as such have the right and the responsibility to protect our borders and to ensure we know who is coming across them. You do realize that Mexico has the military guarding their Southern border so why can't we? You are naive and ill-informed. Grow up.

Sorry guy I just can't buy your reasoning just because a law prevents you from doing what you want to do does not allow you to brake the law Just because you change your name if you have broken the law you have done something illegal Just because you want something does not mean you should have it Please don't insult me and tell me people who work for cash money declare that as income Don't tell me those that use our health care at some point in their life pay it back
Those that sale AND USE fake I D are braking our laws
We know what happens to Americans that brake your laws Say they don't have car insurance in Mexico and get in an accident could they use this defense?'Well gee you advertised you wanted American tourist in your country''
One need only too drive or try and stand in line in any latin America country to understand the mind set ''ME !st''

Homeless in Phoenix
Just like all criminals that get locked up; Illegals (yes they are illegal) children end up in county custody when their parents go to jail. The US is a democracy based on the 'rule of law'. Follow it or go to jail!

Yes, the children should leave with their parents.

They are illegal, that is all there is to it. ICE isn't leaving them without their parents, their parents are leaving them. They knew the consequences when they snuck over here, mooched off tax payers and started popping out anchor babies so they could get more money. That is like saying the police or the court is to blame for separating parents that are criminals from their kids when they send them to jail lmfao!

That poster , Manhoe, said "breeded" lmfao!!!!!

You've made a few good points .........one being stolen identities.....yes it takes 2 to steal and use an identity BUT 2 wrongs don't make a right. I'm curious as to why the Latino illegals are different in your mind vs the hundreds of other ethnic illegals. This is a form of racism if you're not aware of that. America prides itself on not being racist and if we allow Latino illegals to walk over our laws our country will be as guilty as other countries of racism. LEGAL latino's have contributed to this great nation for centuries. I don't have a problem with Latino's as a whole but it does appear a bit lopsided on your part.

Snorefest
well if we weren't stupid enough to make their kids instant citizen/ welfare recipients we could deport the whole family

Unknown....
The laws are the SAME for every country of citizenship trying to immigrate into the US. It is just as hard for someone from ANY country to get in. There are a couple of countries that are more strongly limited as they are countries of terrorism.
My husband is here legally from Canada. He had to go through the exact same process anyone from another country would have to go though. Is it fair that only the wealthy, skilled or those with family members can get in? Maybe not to the ones who want to get in, but, they are meant to be fair to the ones who are already here.
Mexico already sends so many immigrants here LEGALLY that Mexicans haven't qualified for the diversity lottery in a long time.
http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/T1026V-DV-2010bulletin(3).pdf
There are plenty of other South American countries that DO qualify despite your claim of bias against Latinos.
Is it fair to US citizen children that their parents are sent away? NO! But, guess what, if someone breaks the law, they go to jail. Coming here illegally IS breaking the law. All the time in this country US citizens and their US citizen children are separated when their parent(s) are incarcerated. Is that fair to the children? No, but is it fair to the rest of the population to leave their parents free to break the rules? NO!
You cannot claim bias against your people while demanding special exemptions. I'd hate to see what happened to me if I stayed in Mexico illegally. Mexico is a LOT stricter on immigrants then the US is. There is no way at all for me to become a citizen of Mexico, but, I could become a citizen of Canada or the US in about 5-7 years.
Mexico biases against EVERYONE. How dare you complain when so many thousands 'south of the border' do immigrate legally every year?

No sympathy here... I had my social stolen and used by an ILLEGAL to work.. IT is a crime.. Do you know how big a pain in the @ss it is to fix that mess.? I found out the hard way.. I don't care who stole and who bought it.. If not for the end users needs, the crime would probably not been perpetrated... Now if I was to say I don't like illegals because they bring in drugs, your response would be, well Americans demand them right.... Same argument holds for stolen IDs.... Both sides of the equation need to be attacked... Supply is equally important as demand..

Your thoughts on visa availability are valid. However, do you still feel it is OK for us to allow 1 million new workers a year, when we are losing more jobs than that in two months?? Can you name an industry that is expanding right now that they would need even 20,000 new workers??? Point is this....... America does not have infinite resources, there is no money tree, and jobs just don't fall from the sky... Look on a smaller scale.. Like a football team... Only so many spots on the roster, and those that want it have to try out for it..

mikea_va
It is called obeying the law!!! Maybe ILLEGALS need to understand that!!!!!! IF they would have gone through the NORMAL and LEGAL process like MILLIONS of other immigrants did "to get a better life" then they would have nothing to worry about then, now would they????

What is SHAMELESS is that ILLEGALS are KNOWINGLY breaking laws, increasing crime rates, hurting the US Economy, stealing jobs, putting a financial strain on the US education and health care systems, not paying taxes, not learning English, not respecting American citizens and want everything handed to them on a silver platter!!

jonnyboy
send them all home. that may be the one thing that brings this country out of a depression, that along with banishing all free trade acts. i used to work in a furniture factory for 7 years. through those 7 years i watched one by one my friends "and fellow legal americans" being lay-ed off, to be replaced with an illegal immigrant. who would work for three or four dollars less an hour working on someone Else's SS card. because they live 5 disgusting family's to a house, sleeping on top of one another. pull up to there local social service dept. in there Cadillac escalade with twenty-two inch rims. hop out with ten kids and there Nike's and high money clothes. make sure they pull out the right SS card and apply for there welfare checks, food stamps, and Medicaid. i have a friend who is a legal Vietnamese immigrant who worked hard to EARN his citizenship for 7 years and works hard to raise his two daughters and cant stand these people. it makes me sick are government lets this happen.

Trouble
YOU ARE SO FAR OFF THE MARK!!
"ILLEGAL" IS "ILLEGAL...WHAT PART OF ILLEGAL LAWBREAKERS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND?
Most, if not ALL Illegals work for cash, so HOW are they paying Taxes & monies into Social Security?
My OPINION,and I don't think you want to HEAR it is: "ALL Illegals should be DEPORTED and their Children with them. If their children were born here as ANCHOR BABIES, then THEY TOO SHOULD BE DEPORTED"!!
Sorry, I know you don't like what I've said but it is MY Opinion...to which I am entitled to and you don't have to listen to it!
DEPORT ALL ILLEGALS & ANCHOR BABIES!
p. s. You 'may' want to brush up on your English writing, skills!

meadia2004
there are more than just latino ;by the way if they are mexican they are not latino, illegals and it is sad. my husband was born here in the 70's in texas to illegals who were deported when he was 3 weeks old. he went with them now he is catching hell trying to prove that he is a legal resident he is he was born here. people who are illegal do not get on welfare they cant they need i.d. and theydont cause they dont trust any government. and terrorists can enter from the south of the border just like the mexicans all an arab has to do is l shave. mostof us wouldnt know if what they're speaking is spanish or not and that's the scary thing

Jeannie Out of the Bottle
It is not illegal to be a human being. It is illegal for any human being to break a law, whether it be trespassing, entering a nation illegally or any other act restricted by law.
According to statistics, people from Mexico lead in naturalization in the US. More are naturalized annually from there than any other nation in the world.
The US admits more workers from Central and South America legally than from the rest of the world as shown at the link below and the individual tables listed in Section VI.
http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/statistics/statistics_4391.html

http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/FY08-AR-TableV(Part3).pdf

At that particular table, 131,272 work visas were issued to North American nation applicants last year, mostly from Mexico/Latin America. Canadians received 8,025 of those visas. An additional 31,300 were issued to South Americans.

Meanwhile a half million jobs were lost in November of 2008 alone in the US.
