Asking whether it is "inhumane" or "wrong" are two different things. No, it is not inhumane. But is it wrong? A man who has lived here ten years, worked hard, made a family and a name for himself, is sent back to a country where he has nothing. To me, that is wrong. Many of us think of illegal immigrants as those jumping the fence of the US/Mexican border. But there are many others to be considered, such as those who have been here long before the illegal immigrant issue was so prevalent. |

Tear down the boarder between the USA and Mexico and take over the country and made them another state added onto the U.S. .
This would cure the problem of illegal immigration and make the U.S.A. even bigger and stronger then it currently is. I think it would be a profitable idea. What do you think ? |

Unless you have robots enforcing the law. The issue of human rights plays a part when people use it to hurt them. |

No. If it would be inhumane to send them back, they could have sought assylum through proper channels. |

No i agree with fish and dar. I mean there are laws to becoming a citizen and if you think you can bypass it you are in for a rude awaken. i feel sorry for those who start building a life here then are sent back but rules are rules. But i will say this, There are some illegals who abide more to common law than most citizens do here, And actually push the children to go to school and learn english. |

No, I don't think it's wrong. Every other country, including Mexico, have strict immigration policies. |

If you found someone in your home, i presume that you wouldn't say well they are keeping it nice and clean, mowing the lawn, paying the bills, they don't have a nice home to go to, lets let them better themselves; you would, quite rightly want them out, and quick. There is no real difference between you protecting your home and immigration protecting the country.
Immigration by its very act is rascist - you chose and select countries and individuals to let - or stop from entering- into your space. |

No they came here illegally and are citizens on there own country. How is that wrong to send them home if they already lived there. The hispanics aren't going to get punished when they go home. |

Not only is it NOT inhumane to enforce illegal immigration, it should be our number ONE priority! Ask how Inhumane the American Ranchers are being treated on their OWN properties in Nuevo Laredo, TX., where the Mexican Army aids in human/drug trafficking.
Look it up, you bleeding heart! |

It is NOT wrong to make people in our country life within our laws. |

Is it wrong, if someone enters your house illegally, sets up shop, and then you come home, to send them away? I mean look at all the work they will have to do to take their stuff away! Look at all the changes they made to your house that they'll have to give up! Look at their old house and the mess they made of it that they'll have to go back to!
What mean people we are to send them out of our house.
Inhumane. That's what it is when you lie, cheat, steal from someone else. That's what they are doing when they enter the country illegally.
No sympathy from us. |

You're just wasting jet fuel if you return them. Just let it be, let them do their low-wage work (unless any of these yahoos want to, of course) & let them pay their sales taxes like everyone else does.
"just because they aren't intelligent enough to learn ours"- You try learning a new language once you're 16+. |

It's inhumane to enslave legal citizens to add illegals to our welfare rolls and take our jobs, while forcing us to change even our language to suit them, just because they aren't intelligent enough to learn ours,to come here legally,to obey our laws,or to fix their own countries! |

Absolutely Not! Not in this day and age w/all the terrorist problems in the world. These people need to go fight for freedome in their country just like our for-father's did here. I used to feel so badly for immigrants, and I am thankful that they will do the work that a lot of american will not do...however...they have more govt. assistance than our own simple minded people do, our taxes pay for their way, and our elderly suffer severely. In the area I live, the migrant workers make decent money...starting at $10 and hour...their medical is free...and our poor!, w/ children!, and elderly parents to care for!...are told that they make to much to get any assitance...therefore, yes...they should go home. It's kind of like making a man be a man....our citizen's need to get out and do the same jobs...but first they need the ability to do so!!! |

HELL NO IT"S NOT "INHUMANE" !!!!! laws are on the books for a reason. they need to get out of my f@#king country |

Not unless the immigration laws themselves are inhumane, which they are not in the case of the United States ... OR ... if you're in this country illegally because you're seeking political asylum or refugee status... they are the only two reasons I can think of for NOT immediately repatriating illegals .... |
|

No. I think it is unfair and irresponsible to let stay so many that our own people can't get decent education, health care and services. What about the rights of OUR people? |

The only thing inhumane about the illegal immigration debate is the sad state of the corrupt Mexican government. If you want to help the poor Mexicans give to charitable organizations that provide aide to Mexico.
Promoting illegal activity is not the answer. |

Isn't it inhumane to let our people go under to help others? Do we feed the neighbors poor dog and let ours starve? How humane is that? |

I think sending them home beats the hell out of sending them to jail........ ? Right...... what is so in~humane about Mexico? |

NO!! That is the SENSIBLE thing to do!!! Without borders,we are NOT a country!!!!! If they are here ILLEGALLY, then DEPORT their SORRYBUTTS!!!! |
|

cantcu

No! But that doesn't address the issue.
If you don't want them here, start arresting their employers! You can usually find them at the border waiting to pick them up when they come back across! |

No we have the perfect and legal right to enforce OUR immigration and other laws against those who would be here illegally and break the law
