They are already taxing our prison system with the criminals that we catch. Yes they are breaking the law, but I think building the fence and then giving people a one way ticket back to their home country is all we need to do.

That's a good thing in thought but its not practical.There are so many and our prisons are full now,why put more burden on the federal government with having to house and feed them.No I say pick them up and take them back to the border.If it was possible Id take then deep into Mexico and then let them go,that makes it harder for them to come right back in.Now the smugglers send them to prison at hard labor,seize all assets and go after their
connections on both sides of the border.

To the max. If I illegally try to go to Mexico (why I don't know but) I could be arrrested, fined, jailed or worse. Why should it be different for them coming here? Amnesty? I wouldn't get pardoned for committing crimes, why should anyone else? Another major problem is anchor babies. That law should be stricken from the books altogether. Not only have they committed the crime of illegally entering the country, but if they recieve welfare or food stamps, they are guilty of defrauding the government. I thought you couldn't legal get citizenship if you committed crimes? I dont have a problem with people coming here, just do it the legal way.

No there is no statute of limations for Ilegels/ that would mean that every man woman and child that is not of ture natinal haritage should be prosecuted and sent back to there ansesteral home land.

This is the land of the free/in todays U.S socity where is the freedom if we dont and cant let people into this country to have the same sence of freedom that we the People of the U.S. have. I am sure the Indian who live on reservations today probably feel the same way about the so call ed people of the US government of this country has stolen their land. My belief is GOD provided the world for all of his children and given the land freely to all humans to live on, God has given the gift of life to all people and the land they chose to walk on.

well that all depends on there intentions some work very hard to pay there way and become a citizen others take away jobs from americans , but on the other hand i do believe some americans havebecome lazy and won't take jobs that they feel are beneath them and let the gov. pay their way. so even though what they are doing is wrong it really comes down to their intentions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
