Do you think this was appropriate wording for a Minuteman to use concerning Mexicans?

maybe they had a flashback and actually thought they were talking about blacks or maybe they harbor the same type of hate towards brown people and they are using the illegal part to justify their hatred of brown people. but when you start using insults with an argument i think it weakens your stance. the minutemen have every right to protest or speak their minds but in order for their argument to be heard and considered they have to leave out the insults.

Illegal aliens are the forsaken ones, they leave behind a crappy country and come here to where they are not wanted and steal our jobs and live off of our tax dollars. They start popping kids out the minute they are settled down and then demand to be treated as equals.

The minute their daughters turn 16, they are knocked up and start reproducing like rabbits, claiming more and more welfare from the government.

The men are lazy, drug addicted alcoholics who expect everything to be handed to them, they steal our jobs and don't pay any taxes and then send money back home to bring more of their kind over here.

Illegal aliens are like sewer rats, even then, they give sewer rats the world over a bad name. They are the dregs of society, unwanted, unwilling to change, talking a ghetto, dirty language thats as uneducated as they are. Dec 10, 2007? Could you find a more out of date article? The KKK rears it's ugly head whenever it feels it can safely(sort of like AL Sharpton), I do not think it appropriate that the Minuteman followed them using such slurs. I do hope that Arizona does punish companies hiring illegals and starts to enforce immigration laws stringently. The US has stopped being the great melting pot, Diversity and political correctness has made us into the great goulash, instead of blending together into a savory soup we retain our own flavors which often clash and do not enhance each other.

The only thing I found inappropriate was the KKK mention,that we can agree on but I don't think the monkey reference or the rest was racial. I have told my son to quit acting like a monkey before and he's white as white can be. I must also say that racial things are said by the pro illegal crowd in these situations as well, often to a more hateful and violent degree and I think you are getting the responses you see here because many try to deny the viciousness of the pro illegals.

Although many can claim free speech it goes unsaid that once you put a uniform on or partake of a civil group with a pledge, free speech becomes mute whenever you act as a representative of said uniform or group.

The beautiful thing about America is that we have a right to FREE SPEACH. It doesn't matter if I agree with his words or not, he has a right to say them.

No, I don't think it was appropriate. That was hateful and racist. But, there are going to be people who are going to say that they were good because they are in the same category.
The same with sheriff Arpaio when he says that is an honor to be called Kkk. A person who applaud that maybe also belongs to that hatred group but you can see in their responses who is who.
