You have to find an immigration lawyer in your area, preferably your city but it can be as broad as the same state. Lawyers are only licensed to practice in whatever states they took the bar exam in, so they can only help you if they are licensed to practice in your state.

Check the phone book or do internet searches for immigration lawyers in your city. Depending on where you live, there might not be that many or there might be tons. If you're wondering how good they are, either get recommendations from others in your city and/or see if they/their firm has a website that mentions some of the results they've gotten/cases they've argued and won in immigration.
