Alot of things bother me about illegals.Bothers me that some might cross the border as terrorists,bothers me that they come here and disrespect this country while they stand in the welfare line and sell drugs to our kids.Bothers me that our kids are at war for what they believe in to protect what our forefathers died for while ingreat illegals burn our flag,yet we teach their kids(anchor babies) in our public schools so they can become lawyers and sue us for being PC incorrect.We give them free medical while our veterans go without the care they need.It bothers me that all we have to vote for is a bunch of greedy politicians that want the illegal vote,doesent matter if the illegals come here and spread disease or bring their gangs and make this a 3rd world country becouse by God,GREED ,is what is most important to them.Im voting Ron Paul ,Bring back our constitution.Send illegals truckin,bring our kids home to support our economy and get rid of the IRS thats failing miserably.

It bothers me more that employers will pay sub par wages that only the illegals can afford to live on... Americans have done and will do those jobs given proper compensation... We do have to pay a heck of alot more to live than illegals......

The last time I checked there were a lot of jobs (sanitation dept., fast food workers, septic tank cleaners) that Americans do. If you want more examples, go watch "Dirty Jobs". What you mean is, Americans won't do them for sub-par wages.

Undocumented individuals do not drive down the wages of our economy in the US. It is our elected officials that are more concern in a war that cost us BILLIONS of dollars every month, but no one is concern with this issue.

Hundreds of studies done at prestige Universities have confirmed that undocumented workers do not affect but improve our economy.

I would like to see people buy tomatoes for $5 a pound. or the head of lettuce for $3.50 Undocumented workers do jobs others do not want.

Undocumented individuals pay taxes as well and DO NOT GET A TAX REFUND! All of that money is sitting at the government offices being used at wars. They also contribute to our decadent social security that a lot of US citizens are exhausting. Get your facts before you launched your attacks against those that do not have a voice. Do not believe what the media or racist people say about undocumented people that are often used as scape-goats.

Nope. My wage hasn't been driven down. Perhaps it is a lack of education that keeps people from getting a decent wage, but acknowledging that is difficult for most people, it is easier to blame someone else.

I think the real question is : does it bother you that the companies that hire illegals are only doing so to save a little cash, and in the true pursuit of successful capitalism, saving a buck that can be added to the bottom line profit is the "american way".

Cmon people, you didnt cry when all of our clothes were being made in foreign countries...and lord knows if china were to fall off the face of the earth..walmart would have nothing on its shelves.....

Its bad that the desire to keep profits high are causing businesses to forego hiring actual citizens. BUT last i checked, most of the illegals are doing jobs that we dont want to do. yeah contruction and manufacturing has seen a big influx of illegal labor, but cmon....the guys on wall street, in the court rooms, taking the parking meter change, picking up trash, software engineers, marine biologists, are still American....if your industry is being infiltrated get off your **** change & adapt....THATS THE OTHER AMERICAN WAY!!!!

You are assuming that illegal immigrants are actually driving wages down â€¦ which is not necessarily proven. More appropriately, the illegal work force is taking menial jobs that could be done by Americans were they less desirous of welfare and other liberal handouts. This is how I think it would work. If illegal immigration was successfully curtailed, the employers that currently receive outlandish financial gains in part due to lower than standard labor costs would be forced to raise their wage offerings such that their jobs would appeal more to our own population â€¦ or face bankruptsy, which would probably be a good thing considering their penchant for illegal activity. They might try to pass the added labor expenses on the consumers but in reality, the free market is more in control of that and again lower profits or bankruptsy are the inevitable outcomes.
