If he's already submitted everything then they have no way to know he's laid off. If your interview is next week then they are WAY past the verification phase of the visa. Keep your mouth shut, get your visa, come to the US and get married within 90 days. |

Thats right if all the formal paper work is in and your just waiting for the interview you should be fine.They shouldn't ask you anything about that anyway! |
