The Bank: “Bank of America, may I help you?”

Customer: “Yes, I want to cancel my account. I don't want to do business with you any longer.”

The Bank: “Why?”

Customer: “You're giving credit to illegal immigrants and I don't think it's right. I'm taking my business elsewhere.”

The Bank: “For security purposes and for your protection, can you please give me the last four digits of your social security number?”

Customer: “Why should I give you my social security number? The reason I'm closing my account is that your bank is issuing credit cards to illegal immigrants who don't

BOA is finding out all their out reach to illegals do not fill their vaults with money. Last I read BOA is laying off 3000 just from the housing makert slum. Include many Americas pulled their money out BOA. BOA felt the illegals would save them. I am glad it didn't

This is nation built on law and accountability. Adhering to both has never been easy for anyone. But the easy alternatives yielded living situations people are fleeing from. Often to come to this TOUGH-LOVE LAND. And often illegally.

Unfortunately, these who come illegally simply don't get the "Tough-Love" part; that it reciprocates and multiplies that 'love' and makes a better world for the next generation.

Not sure what Ryan above meant. which part is un American. The part where we are a country of Rule of law and that this is an illegal ? or that ...as we all know.....companies and business's cater to anyone that will buy their products or services ? No matter who they are ?
You know...that really isn't a very good trait for Companies and business's, so I'd agree, cating to anyone without regard to who it is your doing business with is Un American. Companies and Business's go where the money is, I can't fault them with that basic premis, but they should at least hold true to the ideology supported by the country they live in. They've been making the illegal issue more complicated, who know's maybe unwittingly laundering terrorist money or at least collecting it and paying interest, they've also bought into many frauds like man made global warming just because they can make a quick buck selling you carbon neutralizy.

You made it all up. BoA does not require legal status to open an account, but the requirements are exactly the same whether you're on the English or Spanish line. Also, illegal immigrants have ITIN numbers that work just like SSNs for financial purposes, so they have the same account security as everyone else.

I'm not sure why you posted this, except perhaps to confuse people.
